Delivery Times
Delivery of most items is usually within a week, Please allow 2-3 weeks for American Style Products (Including all US and European Side by Side Refrigeration and US Laundry) and Range Cookers and associated Products (Range Hoods etc.). Delivery of items indicated as "In Stock" are usually within a few days within our local area, outside our local area the item will be supplied from the manufacturer rather than our stock and so the normal delivery times apply. You will be contacted by the delivery team prior to the actual delivery to book the delivery date, contact is usually made by Email (initially) and / or Phone (preferred). Some smaller items, particularly accessories, may be dispatched by post and therefore a specific delivery date will not be advised. These time scales are approximate and may vary slightly with different manufacturers.
In the event that the manufacturer advises a significantly longer lead time than expected we will contact you to advise you of the delay and discuss your options with you. If at any time you wish to chase or enquire on an existing order please use the Tracking Form at http://www.callde.co.uk/ordertracking.asp. Please include your online order number (if you have received your invoice please include the Customer Number from the top left hand corner) and your Invoice Address post code.
Delivery outside our local area is not available on all items, but where it is available it will be offered to you when you add your purchase to the shopping basket. There is an additional charge for delivery outside our local area, in most cases there will be a discount for additional items from the same manufacturer to be delivered on the same order which will be applied automatically in your shopping basket.
Delivery will usually be to room of choice and include unpacking but is to ground floor only. Smaller items will be delivered on single manned vehicles and will be a drop off only service, larger items will normally be on two manned vehicles. Deliveries in our local area are Monday to Saturday, outside our local area are Monday to Friday only. If you require delivery above or below ground level, have restricted access in any way, or may not be able to accept delivery on the available days please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to accommodate special delivery requirements where possible but may need to make an additional charge to do so. Deliveries to trade or business addresses will be to reception or warehouse only, unless you have already contacted us and made alternate arrangements.
We can only arrange standard delivery to GB Mainland addresses. If you wish to order an item but do not live on the GB Mainland please use the Quote Form to contact us and we will advise you of the available options (Please include the make and model of each item to be ordered and state in the Additional Information Box that you are enquiring on cost of delivery to a Non Mainland Address otherwise the response you receive will only include the standard delivery).
